Our story, innovative solutions and the milestones that define our journey.
We were officially founded as Youngers in September 2012, a startup that generated social impact through entrepreneurship courses in communities across Brazil.
Throughout our history, over 10,000 people were reached by our initiatives, and more than R$ 1 million was generated in the local economy as a result of these interventions.
In 2022, we closed the chapter as social impact practitioners to dive deeper into technology and innovation for the social sector.
In January 2024, this same team launched Paresi Social, focused on measuring and reporting social and environmental projects. Today we deliver a complete BI platform, reports with social and environmental return-on-investment analyses — with speed, reliability and ease of use.

A social entrepreneur recognized locally and nationally for the impact results driven by her team. She was CEO of Youngers, a social startup, and is now CEO of Paresi Social.
She has built a career in IT at national and international companies. She lived in the Vila Torres community from 2014 to 2021. She partnered with Yunus Social Business and was accelerated by Instituto Legado, Banco Itaú, Febraban and the Central Bank of Brazil.
